Terms & Conditions
The trip planning services provided by Cruise Planners – Send Me Travel are offered at no cost to our clients. Our agency is compensated by the cruise lines, tour operators, resorts, and hotels that you ultimately select for your travel arrangements.
However, we reserve the right to assess a travel planning service fee in certain circumstances. The most common situation in which a planning fee may apply is when there is a significant change to the originally requested itinerary after the planning process has begun. For example, if an initial request is submitted for a Caribbean cruise and the destination is later changed to a Hawaii vacation during the research phase, this would require a new planning and research process and may result in a travel planning fee.
Travel Planning Fee Schedule

U.S. Domestic Travel: $50

International Travel: $100
Any applicable planning fee will be charged prior to beginning research on a revised travel request and is non-refundable.
Additional Fees
Airline Ticketing Fees

Domestic Flights (Coach): $35 per ticket

International Flights and/or Business/First Class: $100 per ticket
These ticketing fees apply to both outbound and return flights. If additional intra-country flights are required within your destination, the following fee will apply:

Intra-country flights: $50 per ticket
All airline ticketing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If an airline requires our agency’s ticketing fee to be returned in order to process a ticket refund, you agree to reimburse Cruise Planners – Send Me Travel for that amount.
Traveler Acknowledgment
By submitting this form, you confirm that you have made your best effort to accurately describe the travel experience you wish to book. You also confirm that the spellings of traveler names and dates of birth for all passengers have been provided accurately.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to carefully review and confirm the accuracy of all passenger details at the time of final booking and to promptly notify Cruise Planners – Send Me Travel of any necessary corrections.
By proceeding, you also acknowledge and agree to the airline ticketing fees outlined above should you choose to have our agency arrange your flights.
